- If a product gets damaged while being delivered, customer has the option to exchange the product within 3 days of purchase.
- Customer must send an email with a photo of the damaged item and copy of receipt of purchase attached to info@jepspremiumhairoil.com. Please put attention to Exchange Dept.
- Refusing to follow these steps, could result in exchange being denied.
- If an item is refused by the customer once it has been delivered, there will a $10.00 restocking fee plus shipping that will be charged to the credit card used to place the order. Customer will be notified of charges via email prior to charges being made.
